Biography
Giulio Filippo Tarro has graduated from Medicine School, Naples University (1962). He was a Research Associate, Division of Virology and Cancer Research, Children’s Hospital (1965-1968), Assistant Professor of Research Pediatrics, College Medicine (1968-1969), Cincinnati University, Ohio. He was an Oncological Virology Professor, Naples University (1972-1985). Since 2007, he was the Chairman of Committee of Biotechnologies, World Academy Biomedical Technologies, UNESCO, Adjunct Professor Department Biology, Temple University, College of Science and Technology, Philadelphia, recipient of the Sbarro Health Research Organization Lifetime Achievement Award (2010). He is the President Foundation de Beaumont Bonelli for Cancer Research

Biography
Min-Hua Luo, M.D. & Ph.D., professor at Wuhan Institute of Virology, State Key Laboratory of Virology and CAS Center for Excellence in Brain Science and Intelligence Technology (CEBSIT); affiliate assistant professor, University of Idaho. Dr. Luo received her BSc in Clinical Medicine in 1988; MSc in Microbiology in 1995 from Hunan Medical University; Ph.D. in Infectious Diseases in 1999, collaborate with Innsbruck University, Austria; Postdoct training in Shriver Center, Harvard Medical School in 2002; Research Scientist at Dept. MMBB, University of Idaho in 2004; Assistant professor at Dept. MMBB, University of Idaho in 2008; professor at Wuhan Institute of Virology, CAS in 2009; professor at CAS Center for Excellence in Brain Science and Intelligence Technology (CEBSIT) in 2014. Her research has focused on NEUROVIROLOGY and supported by funding resources of NSFC, NIH. "Hundred Talents" program from CAS, and "973" program from MOST.

Biography
Dr. Bukrinsky obtained medical degree (M.D.) from the 2nd Moscow State Medical Institute in Moscow, Russia, and a doctorate (Ph.D.) in Molecular Biology from the Engelhardt Institute of Molecular Biology, Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow, Russia. Currently Dr. Bukrinsky is Professor of Microbiology, Immunology and Tropical Medicine at the George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He is a Fellow of the American Heart Association, the Editor-in-Chief of the Open AIDS Journal, and member of the Editorial Advisory Board of several biomedical journals. Dr. Bukrinsky’s research interests are in molecular mechanisms governing HIV replication and pathogenesis. His latest research focuses on changes in cholesterol metabolism induced by HIV and its protein Nef. Dr. Bukrinsky has published over 150 scientific papers, reviews and book chapters and is an inventor on 12 issued U.S patents.
