Biography
Dr. Patricia Araujo received her Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge (UK) and was a post-doctoral fellow in the Molecular Virology Department at the Federal São Paulo University (Brasil).
Research Interest
She is now an Chief of Virology and Serologic screen laboratories at the Blood Bank- Colsan of Federal São Paulo University.She has a long standing interest in the molecular biololgy of hepatitis B virus, mechanisms of virus replication and virus host cells interactions that result in innate immune responses to infection.
